Focusrite plc
Executive Chairman
Phil founded Focusrite Audio Engineering Ltd in 1989 to purchase the business assets of Focusrite Ltd, a company founded by Rupert Neve in 1985. Phil led the Focusrite Plc IPO in 2014 on the London AIM Market, and the recent acquisition of ADAM Audio (Berlin) by Focusrite Plc.  His previous experience included founding Soundcraft (1973 - 1988), and before that was a live sound engineer including a US tour by Led Zeppelin in Spring 1970.
